Every time there’s a mass shooting, the left demonizes guns, we buy them in droves, and then the gun industry gets demonized:
“The profits generated by firearms sales should, some campaigners believe, intensify public attention on the corporations and retailers who benefit. While liberal arguments against the right to bear arms have made little headway over the years, they hope a hard-headed economic case could gain more traction – especially in a climate in which presidential candidate Bernie Sanders’ attacks on big business have resonated.”

The gun haters don’t get it, it’s not the gun industry that’s forcing us to buy guns, it’s not like they can advertise outside of a few niche channels and magazines. We are choosing to buy guns as a form of protest.
Just like some people protest with their feet, by leaving anti-gun/high tax States. Other people protest with their pockets, by buying the products they’re not supposed to have.
For example, the day after Newton, I went to my gun range and rented an AR-15. Why? Because I wanted to see what the fuss was all about.
Besides, it’s not the gun industry that’s engaged in fear-mongering. They’re not the ones saying “they’re gonna ban your guns,” you liberals are.
When the New York Times. the newspaper every journalist and politician reads, breaks with tradition and puts an anti-gun editorial on the front page, that means they’re really serious about banning our guns.
When celebrities issue anti-gun tweets, the the NY Daily News compares the NRA to ISIS, what are we supposed to? Nothing? No! If we haven’t joined the NRA, we join, and if we haven’t bought a gun before or want to get something we don’t have, we get it while the getting’s still good.
Honestly, if you want to lower gun sales, just STFU. Go whine about climate change, go legalize marriage between a donkey and a Democrat, I don’t care, just leave our 2nd Amendment alone!
