Good teen with a gun saves his family:
A teenager is a hero after she saved her family from a bear with her shotgun.
Rose Hill from Park County, Colorado heard a lot of noise coming from her garage and went to check on the situation. Hill grabbed her two shotguns and came face to face with a bear.
Hill shot the bear, not once, not twice, but six times, before killing the bear. Hill’s mom, Jana, was proud of her daughter’s heroism.
“This could’ve been a very bad situation if she wasn’t trained and very comfortable with guns,” said Jana, who believes in fire arms. “I’m happy it turned out the way it did.”
It was scary for Hill, but the sharpshooter is glad she had her gun at the ready. “If I wouldn’t had my gun, I don’t know what I would have done.”
