Hitler never wanted a worldwide genocide.  That is the biggest lie ever nor did he want the genocide of all the jewish people.  All he wanted was to be able to feed his people from the depression, defend his country from being attacked unfairly, and they claimed the war and harassed him and his people first…. I bet you didn’t know about THAT now did you?

Ha! The man who used steel to built crematoria instead of planes didn’t want worldwide genocide? Did she not read Meink Kampf? Read The Wansee Conference? George Zimmerman’s GF wants charges dropped.

Ladies, why can’t you make up your minds?

George Zimmerman asked a judge on Monday to change the terms of his bond so he can have contact with the girlfriend he’s accused of assaulting.

Zimmerman filed an affidavit from his girlfriend that says she doesn’t want him charged with aggravated assault, battery and criminal mischief.

In the signed affidavit, Samantha Scheibe — referring to Zimmerman as “my boyfriend” — said that detectives misinterpreted what she said and that she hasn’t been coerced into the request.

Zimmerman was arrested last month after Scheibe accused him in a call to 911 of pointing a gun at her, smashing a coffee table and pushing her outside. Zimmerman also called dispatchers, denied pointing a gun at her and blamed her for the broken table.

“I am not afraid of George in any manner and I want to be with him,” Scheibe said in the affidavit.

Prosecutors could continue with the case despite Scheibe’s request.

Lynne Bumpus Hooper, a spokeswoman for the State Attorney’s Office, said in an email that prosecutors can and have gone on in domestic cases without victim cooperation.

She said prosecutors take into account the victim’s wishes, law enforcement reports, physical evidence, other witnesses, victim credibility, defendant statements, 911 calls and medical records. But she also said a case becomes more difficult to prove if prosecutors don’t have a victim’s testimony and he or she is the only witness.

Zimmerman’s Miami-based defense lawyer, Jayne Weintraub, said in a phone interview that her motion focuses on getting rid of the no-contact order between Zimmerman and Scheibe but that she wants the State Attorney’s Office to reconsider the entire case in light of Scheibe’s statement.

“I’m hoping that the prosecutors will take a good hard look at this and take the target off of George’s back and drop the charges,” Weintraub said.

She said a hearing will be scheduled in the near future to discuss the motion and affidavit.

Zimmerman was acquitted of any crime last summer in the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.

Plastic Gun Ban Extended.

WASHINGTON–The U.S. Senate approved a 10-year extension of a federal law banning guns that can go undetected by metal detectors or X-ray machines. The law was scheduled to expire today.

The Senate approved without objection the extension of the 1988 Undetectable Firearms Act following a last ditch effort by Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., to expand the scope of the law. Schumer said the law should be updated to account for 3-D printing technology, which can produce solid objects out of digital models and did not exist commercially when the law was first enacted.

The gun rights lobby and congressional Republicans did not support expanding the law, and Democrats agreed to a simple extension so as not to risk the law’s expiration. The House approved the 10-year extension last week; President Obama is expected to sign it.

It is the only gun legislation to pass the 113th Congress, and the only action on gun legislation expected before the 2014 midterm elections.

“We should be embarrassed by the fact that we’re not doing more to try to stem the scourge of gun violence that plagues our nation today,” said Sen. Chris Murphy, D-Conn. The one-year anniversary of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shootings–which sparked calls for a national review of existing gun laws at the beginning of this Congress–is on Saturday.

The St. Louis-based Really Big Coloring Books, Inc. published “Ted Cruz to the Future,” an “educational” activity and comic book for kids featuring the freshman Senator from Texas and tea party favorite.

One page features Cruz’s family, including wife Heidi and daughters Caroline and Catherine, while another shows Cruz in hunting gear, holding a gun, to exemplify Second Amendment rights. And another summarizes the Senator’s “21-hour Epic Speech” in September, when he held the U.S. Senate floor in a marathon speech seeking to stall plans to fund the government.

The company describes the coloring book as a “non-partisan, fact-driven view” of Cruz’s life.

“RBCB created this comic coloring and activity book not as an endorsement of Sen. Ted Cruz but rather as an educational tool to be used in schools and perhaps as a handout for groups, clubs and organizations,” the company says in a press release about the book, which notes that Cruz’s contact information is available at the end of the book.

“Cruz’s beliefs and actions stir much emotion in those following the political realm, he is a modern ‘superhero’ to many and looked upon in adoration and abomination by some.”

Where to put your gun when you go to the bathroom.

Unless you have a holster with a strap, going to the bathroom can create complications.

A Kentucky man accidentally shot himself after setting his pistol on a toilet paper dispenser while using a restaurant bathroom.

Police in Elizabethtown said the man, whose name was not released, was shot in the leg after the firearm fell from the dispenser at a Fazoli’s restaurant and accidentally fired.

Investigators said the bullet trajectory and other evidence supported the man’s story.

The gun owner, who had a concealed carry permit, was taken at an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

No charges have been filed, and the incident remains under investigation.

LAKE WORTH, Fla. - A man faces 142 charges after photographs of himself with guns appeared on his Instagram feed.

 

Officials said that detectives from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office were actually investigating Depree Johnson in connection with a series of jewelry thefts in several Boynton Beach senior communities.

 

Once they had information that led them to Johnson’s Lake Worth home, they recovered “numerous pieces of jewelry … (including) watches, charms, necklaces and loose diamonds, as well as two stolen firearms,” according to a report by the sheriff’s office.

 

Officials said they recovered about $250,000 in jewelry, electronics and firearms.

Johnson faces 142 counts of possession of weapons/ammunition by a convicted felon, among other charges.

 

When investigators asked Johnson for his occupation as they were writing the arrest report, he replied with one word: “Thief.”

 

Johnson’s Instagram feed called “Duce22ceritfied” includes several photos of himself posing with guns, cash and what appears to be a joint. As of Friday afternoon, it did not include his mug shot.

RACINE, Wis. (AP) – Police say they arrested a Milwaukee man after his loaded handgun fell from his pocket and discharged inside a clothing store in Racine.

Officers say the man and a woman were shopping at Burlington Coat Factory Saturday when the gunshot struck a metal fixture in the store. No one was hurt. Authorities say the man picked up his gun and both left the store.

The man and woman saw surveillance video of the incident posted online and went to the Racine Police Department Sunday. The woman was released. The man was arrested for recklessly endangering safety. Police say the man has a valid concealed carry permit.
