New Anti-Gun Group by Temple U. Alumn.

America is a nation of Eagles, not Doves. Shame on you, Chris Hayes.

Mommas, do let your children grow up to be Cowboys or they will end up like like Christopher Hayes, a country boy turned into big city liberal.

Growing up in Kutztown, Christopher Hayes saw guns as just another part of rural life. The damage they were capable of inflicting when wielded by the wrong hands, he said, was a distant possibility he only encountered when watching the evening news.

But when Hayes moved to Philadelphia to attend Temple University, his experiences with firearms radically changed. He was a sophomore when, on break between classes, he saw a drive-by shooting as he tried to watch a movie. And in 2005, his friend and classmate Brian Yeshion, then 21, was gunned down during a robbery inside his off-campus apartment
……..

I want to essentially create a survivor registry, much like a wedding registry, through which donors can buy certain items survivors need,” he said. “I’m looking at covering an array of basically anything, from mental health care to, if they have a newborn, diapers. And, as a donor, you see where your money goes. You can help with funeral benefits or donate toward a specific item, and know your funds went to that item.”

Tell me something, Hayes, are you gonna include the people who shoot back? The people who defend themselves with a gun? Or is your list of victims nothing more than bleeding-heart propaganda to fulfill your agenda?

Take care of your gun or it will break apart.

What a dumb criminal, check this out:

Suspect’s Gun Falls Apart During Robbery

Police in Stockton are saying that a suspect’s gun fell apart during a robbery Saturday evening.

According to Stockton Police logs, two men walked into a business near E. Hammer and West Lanes around 7:22 p.m. One of the men soon pulled out a handgun and started pointing it at a clerk and the customers inside.

The other suspect then started grabbing money from the cash register.

As the suspects were leaving the business, a round was fired into the display cabinet. Near the door, police say that the suspect tried to fire off another round into the ceiling, only to have the gun fall apart.

Parts and live rounds from the gun fell to the floor, and the suspects ran from the store. Police say the two ran off in an unknown direction.

Only vague descriptions of the suspects have been given.

How often do you clean your guns?

ObamaGunCare Meme.

“With a track record like Barack Obama has on health care, we don’t want the president getting involved in gun care or firearms safety.”

That’s the message being sent today by the Second Amendment Foundation. SAF has launched a satirical website – ObamaGunCare.com – to bring attention to a serious concern within the firearms community.

Ban Trains Meme.

I know, it’s a little bit insensitive considering this just happened, but you know what? Since liberals exploit Newton to ban guns, I’m gonna follow their example. Trains are dangerous, there’s no right to ride trains, so go ahead, liberals, ban them!

You always propose gun control with the “if it saves one life” argument, which by the way, is erroneous. Here we have 4 people who died because of your liberal train culture. How many more have to die until we get rid of these death machines?

Somebody call Mayors Against Illegal Trains, or perhaps we can have a train buyback. LOL

Was the driver speeding? Witnesses say New York train was going too fast when it tore off the tracks leaving four dead and 63 injured

World’s Largest Gun Suppressor.

This photo, taken at a German Army artillery range, is not a fake.

I rarely use stories from The Firearms Blog, their slogan is “Firearms Not Politics” and I’m more inclined towards the politics of firearms, even if I do appreciate the firearms themselves.

The side expansion chambers will be to accommodate the blast of the cannon’s muzzle brake.

I know what you are thinking: “WTF!”.It was build to reduce noise to communities nearby. The vehicle pictured is the M109G 155mm self-propelled howitzer.

UPDATE: Thanks to Mark for these images of another German tank suppressor.

These Germans are something else, aren’t they? Worried about noise, but maybe I shouldn’t judge too harshly when we have a few Americans complaining about our own military bases.

MIDDLETOWN, N.J. — It’s not rockets’ red glare. And there are no bombs bursting in air.

But some residents who live near Naval Weapons Station Earle’s waterfront complex here say the playing of the Morning Colors, a military protocol that includes playing the national anthem while raising the American flag, is too loud.

“Why should someone not in the service have to wake up to reveille?’” asked Bob Wille, who, along with some of his neighbors in Middletown’s Belford neighborhood, has been asking officials at the naval station to turn down the volume.

Perhaps Bob Wille should realize that those are sounds of freedom he’s hearing. Without war and the men who wage it, we would all be British, German, even Russian.

Fast & Furious compared to South Park.

In this exclusive excerpt from his new book, “The Unarmed Truth,” Dodson explains how tragically inept Fast and Furious was.

‘It’s like the underwear gnomes,” my ATF colleague Lee Casa told me one time as we recounted the latest bizarre goings-on in Phoenix.

“What?” I asked.

“You ever watch ‘South Park’? There’s this episode where all the boys get their underwear stolen by these underwear gnomes. They track them down to get it back and one of them asks why they are stealing everyone’s underwear. The gnomes break out this PowerPoint and reveal their master plan: Phase One: Collect underpants . . . Phase Two: ? . . . Phase Three: Profit.”

“We’re doing the same thing,” he explained. “We know Phase One is ‘Walk guns’ and Phase Three is ‘Take down a big cartel!’ ”

Both of us were laughing now; a more fitting and appropriate allegory could never be found. Casa concluded, “Just nobody can figure out what the f–k Phase Two is!”

Government is something else, isn’t it? Always in a hurry to regulate, prohibit, harass, but never a minute to think about the unintended consequences.

“No Guns” signs may be fake.

Here’s an interesting story I found at The Gun Wire.

Apparently the gun haters have decided that since they can’t convince business owners to post anti-gun signs, maybe they should post the signs themselves.

….

The story has a happy ending, but the follow up is even better.

Yesterday, I went back and the manager said she looked at the surveillance video and said late one night a customer put the sticker there just before closing on their way out. They confronted them as they are also a frequent customer. She stated that she does that all over town where ever she goes. The manger asked them not to come back anymore.

There’s a lesson here. If you see a gun ban sign, make sure to question it. It might be some anti-gun jerk posting the sign.
