You are NOT a citizen of the world.

Schumer tries to be a copywriter.

Jews for the Preservation of Firearm Ownership is a noble organization that fights for the Second Amendment rights of all gun owners. They also encourage American Jews to embrace their right to keep and bear arms.

Gun-banning Schumer knows that those ridiculous ads from Mayors Against Illegal Guns are hurting his cause.

“Here’s what he thinks that advertising should look like: “An ad that I’d like to see would say something like, ‘Hi, my name is Joe Smith. I own Jones Gun Shop in Winnemucca, Nevada. And I’m an N.R.A. member. My daddy was an N.R.A. member. And my kids will be N.R.A. members. But I’m not against background checks. The N.R.A.’s wrong on that one because it doesn’t hurt me and my right to bear arms.”

Schumer, I work in advertising, I know there are things you can’t sell. You can’t sell meat to a vegetarian, you can’t sell an SUV to a tree hugger, and you can’t sell gun control to gun owners (unless they’re traitors like you, Mr. Guns For Me But Not Thee).

I also know that if someone claims to be an NRA member, the NRA is going to have his name and address, which means we’ll know if he’s lying or not.

By the way, when people are told that background checks means registration, they are against them. Private gun sellers and even fathers giving guns to their sons or a neighbor when they go on vacation don’t want to deal with the red tape of a background check.

There are more than 20,000 gun laws, a lot of them are unconstitutional, so here’s an idea: Stop fighting guns and start fighting CRIME.

Don’t respect the Office if you can’t respect the man.

Don't respect the Office if you can't respect the man.

Too many liberals and some conservatives claim that you have to respect “the office of the president.” So let me give these office-lovers a clue.

1.Respect is for Individuals, not Offices. I may like the guy at the DMV, I do not like the DMV.

2. Presidents are known as public SERVANTS, not public masters. He is supposed to salute YOU, respect YOU. Everything he has came from your taxes. You owe him NOTHING.

3. If you’re not in the military, you’re not in the chain of command. “Commander-in-chief” doesn’t mean he’s commander of all of us. Soldiers themselves swear allegiance to the constitution, not to him.

4. Respect is earned, not given. In the advertising industry, we have an expression: “you’re only as good as your last ad.” The point of that is that whatever title and experience you have means nothing if the quality of your work declines.  .

5. Titles are irrelevant. England has Royal Babies, Queens, Kings, Dukes, Lords, Sirs, and those titles grant them rights, not here. In this country people are judged for their actions, from great generals to great presidents, they have been admired for their accomplishments, not their titles.

The cult of diversity, the trophy for participation mentality, the condemnation of individualism and the elevation of altruism has led to a society where a lot of unearned praise has been given and is expected.
