Good Parenting.

True story, I grew up in a family that didn’t like guns. At a party, I found a loaded gun on top of an antique clock, put it against my head, had the finger on the trigger, scared the crap out of everyone, including my parents.

So parents, you have a choice. You can teach your kids gun safety, at the very least make them watch an Eddie Eagle video, or you can have your kids give you a heart attack. But one thing is certain, don’t you dare deprive my rights because you don’t want to do your job.

If Democrats Were Pro-Gun…

Victory for the First and Second.

Both Free Speech and the Second Amendment won when a judged dismissed a lawsuit against the Craigslist of gun owners.

Armslist is not liable “for the brutal murder of an Illinois woman shot to death by a man who used the online firearms marketplace to make an illegal gun purchase, a federal judge ruled this week. “

“The Court finds that Defendant owes no duty to the general public to operate its website to control private individual users’ sale of handguns”

“The Brady Center argued that Armslist endangered public lives by designing a website that “encouraged” people to buy illegal guns. Judge Norgle called the argument “speculative,” saying Armslist “has no involvement in the sales transaction of the products, including firearms, merely advertised on the website.

The judge also noted that people who visit Armslist must first click through a terms-of-use disclaimer and agree to comply with state and federal gun laws.”

It’s INDIVIDUALS that should be held responsible for their own actions. If I own a gas station and sell you gasoline, is it my fault if you use it to burn down your neighbor’s house?

If I buy a baseball bat online and beat the crap out of someone, is Dick’s Sporting Goods responsible?
