They’re claiming there’s a mass shooting almost everyday. Consider this one:

Scary, right? But then I check their source link and this is what I found:
Oakland Police Link 4 Recent Murders To Several Rival Groups
OAKLAND (CBS SF) — Police have linked a string of murders in Oakland Friday to several rival groups, a police spokeswoman said Saturday.
Three young men and a teenage boy were murdered in the span of six hours across Oakland on Friday in shootings linked to specific groups, police spokesman Johnna Watson said.
“These groups are involved in ongoing feuds with one another and continue to engage in retaliatory violence that will absolutely not be tolerated,” she said in a statement.

Gang shootings aren’t mass shootings, they don’t really have victims. Do we cry when a member of the Mafia gets whacked? Of course not, it’s part of the trade. You want to be a big shot or small time drug dealer, you’re gonna have to watch your ass.
Of course, ShootingTracker knows most people are not going to bother to check the links, they’re just gonna take the information at face value.
So don’t blame the NRA for this. Carlitos Montoya wasn’t a member, he didn’t pass a background check, had no permit to carry, had no letters of reference, waited no waiting period, he simply got his guns the criminals do, illegally.
And if he shot 4 people that are doing the same crap he’s doing, do I care? No. Now if Carlitos had shot innocent people, then I would care, and I would be angry about the gun laws that kept those innocent people unarmed and defenseless.
P.S. ShootingTracker needs to check their links because Oakland and Sacramento are two different cities. I’m just showing you the information they gave me.

Yes, they’re gang members so obviously they’re not human beings with mothers and children who will be devastated by their death. And he must have gotten his gun from he same place all gang members get illegal guns: the magic gun fairy wishing well, right? Because no legally purchased firearm ever winds up in the hands if a criminal!
I guess you haven’t seen “Lord of War” and how international arms trafficker Vicktor Bout used to buy guns from corrupt armies all over the world. Yeah, by your logic I should disarm myself just to make sure that no criminal ever steals my guns. Is that what makes sense of you? Since cops are 10 times more likely to shoot an innocent person than a civilian with a gun, why not disarm them as well? Fool.
