I’m not surprised Orkin bans guns from their property, finding a corporation that supports the 2nd Amendment is very difficult. But I did not know Orkin is lying to our military veterans. The following is a message I received on my Facebook account.

Orkin pest control is using the media at the expense of armed forces veterans while customer complaints are piling up, even on Orkin’s own facebook page . Please read …..Orkin pest control has on their web site that they will be hiring 1,000 veterans … I was one of the few veterans in west Florida working for Orkin ..At the age of 64 and after 13 years of full time service with Orkin I received a phone call saying ” we cut your job , bring in your uniforms ” HOW DARE THEY SAY THAT THEY CARE FOR VETERANS !!!! Monday I was told by a Orkin H.R. person that more veterans will be cut as needed . Looks like Vietnam era vets are once again being thrown under the bus . I am contacting friends ,businesses and nation wide veteran’s originations to boycott Orkin Pest Control and their supporters. I am not looking for money or compensation . This is not just for me but for the hundreds of folks on the blogs and elsewhere that have been mistreated and feel scammed by Orkin . Thank you for your support .
