@McCrowArt is following @GunGregory (me), which is ironic since all his art is anti-gun.
McCrow (don’t have his first name) turned against freedom after his friend in the British Army lost two legs and an arm during an explosion in Afghanistan.
Nobody drafted McCrow’s friend into the British Army, so what’s McCrow’s excuse? Pursuit of the almighty Europe? I don’t min anyone making a buck, but let’s be honest, if you hate guns you shouldn’t be using them to make art . Otherwise, you don’t really hate guns, you’re just saying it so the liberal media will love your art.
Consider his video about the AK47:
“McCrow’s TOY GUN AK47 Removed from DR Congo. Decommissioned AK47, Chinese origin. It is probably the most effective killing machine ever invented, ending the lives of an estimated 250,000 people every year. The AK47 is the original assault rifle and is one of the most commonly smuggled small arms sold to governments, rebels, criminals and civilians alike around the world. There have been approximately 75 million produced since 1947. It is inexpensive to manufacture, highly reliable, relatively compact and so simple to use even a child can operate it, this fact alone has resulted in nearly two hundred and fifty thousand child soldiers recruited for use in active combat.
McCrow’s Toy Gun piece makes a sharp reference to the fact that in many war torn areas, irrespective of those forced to take arms, many children are more likely to experience a real AK47 before a toy one. The piece is in balance to challenge the notion that the violence and abuse that can surround a weapon may not always be forward of the trigger. It is precariously balanced; in part to demonstrate the equilibrium of suffering on both sides of the weapon. In the making of this piece one of the world’s most effective killing machines was destroyed and with the sale of this piece a child solider will be sponsored for duration of their childhood. Red paint and stencilled.”
So what? Are you saying that without the AK-47, there would be no child soldiers? In Africa they also kill with machetes, ever heard of “short sleeve, long sleeve,” that’s the question the Blood Diamond people will ask you to see how much of your arm do you want chopped off.
The irony is that the art itself is exquisite, you wouldn’t know he hated guns unless he told you so. Consider this piece:

Is that not a gorgeous gun? Would you not hang it on the wall? Let me take you to the gun range, Mr. McCrow, let me show you that guns are not always shot in war. The only thing I killed in Las Vegas with an AK-47 was a paper target.
NITPICKING!
I play Chess, and that board is set up WRONG!
The WHITE square belongs to the RIGHT of the player, NOT the black square.
The rule is “white to the right”
As to what the Queen is represented by, I can’t tell from the ammo pictured, the the Queen goes on her own color square, white Queen on a white square, black Queen o na black square.
I’m shocked I missed that, I used to play chess as a kid, best past time for a boy who sucked at sports.
