Let our boys fight with lead.

Just like I oppose the  draft, I oppose green ammo. The battlefield is no place to be green. Imagine if Truman had not dropped the A-bomb on Japan because he was concerned about radiation poisoning, with lead rounds, there’s no such concern. The myth of lead poisoning and environmental damage is just junk science.

Lead has been part of civilization for thousands of years, it’s only dangerous if you’re drinking from glasses made of lead, and even then, people used to live like that. I used to put led pencil tips in my mouth for crying out loud.

Suffice to say, I want the troops to have the best equipment to do their jobs, I hate it when they’re used for political theater. Perhaps the next time we have a war, we should send PETA, Greenpeace, and the bureaucrats of the EPA. They want to fight with green rounds? Go ahead.
