“First, get the clothing out of the way fast and completely. The last thing you want is for the gun to hang up in your clothes. Make a deliberate attempt to get the gun clear from whatever you are wearing. Watch in the video and photos just how far he raises his shirt before he draws the handgun.
Second, make sure you index your trigger finger parallel to the barrel as you draw the handgun from the holster and keep it there until the gun is on target. This lessens the chance of accidental discharge. Once the handgun is on your target then move your finger to the trigger.”
