Anti-Gun Restaurant Robbed at Gun Point

Karma’s a bitch for anti-gun restaurants with anti-gun signs:

According to local media reports, The Pit in Durham, NC was robbed at gunpoint after just recently opening up the restaurant.

According to ABC11,

Authorities said just before 9 p.m. Sunday, three men wearing hoodies entered the restaurant through the back doors with pistols, and forced several staff members to lie on the floor.

The bandits assaulted two employees during the crime, but they were not seriously injured.

As the NC Gun Blog points out,

[The sign is] not just some generic “No Guns” sign the owner, Greg Hatem picked up down at the local sign emporium. No, these are custom jobs. He went out of his way to make custom signs to make sure we gun owners felt unwelcome.

…let me describe it. The three pictograms are labeled “NC State Capitol,” “NC Legislative Building,” and “The Pit.” Above the pictograms it says, “No Weapons” and below, “No Concealed Firearms.”

It sounds like the signs worked perfectly. There were no law abiding gun owners in the restaurant at the time of the robbery that we know of.

I would like to thank the hoodie-wearing hoodlums for teaching those anti-gun fascists a lesson, when you’re anti-gun, you deserve crime.

I would also like to remind The Pit that pro-gun patriots like us won’t be eating at your establishment anytime soon, so to all criminals looking for an easy score, don’t you worry about us concealed carriers, we won’t be there.

If however The Pit wishes to issue an apology and remove that hateful anti-gun sign, we’ll be glad to patronize your business. I believe in forgiveness, but you have to repent first.
