Wheelchair-Bound Jewerly Store Owner Shoots Two Robbers.

This is the 999th armed self-defense story from Guns Save Lives, congrats to them for keeping track of our Heroes of the Second Amendment.

Two men entered an Alcoa, TN jewelry store. One of the men jumped the counter and began stealing money from a back room.

As the suspect came back to the front of the store, the owner, who is confined to a wheelchair, shot the suspect in the stomach.

Police responded immediately and were able to apprehend both suspects at the scene.

According to WBIR, the way this played out isn’t a surprise for local police,

“Everybody has a gun permit nowadays,” [Detective] Sanders said. “So, I don’t think it’s safe to assume you’re going to go into a business where there’s not a weapon.”

The store owner was not harmed during the incident and the suspect who was shot is described as being in stable condition at an area hospital.

This is very inspiring, I’ve been arguing with the Truthout Assholes and it’s amazing how far their heads are up their asses. They listen to neither facts nor reason, but I’ll tell you this, they are the minority.

Deep down most people will choose strength over weakness when given a choice. Even men in wheelchairs who cannot stand up, can shoot a man down.

Obama discusses Gun Control during Education speech.

Obama can’t help himself, as this video shows, even when he’s supposed to talk about one thing, he finds a way to freak us out with gun control:

“”We should be doing everything we can to keep you safe and protect you from gun violence.” Pres Obama in Brooklyn, NY”

First of all, who the hell is “we”? This country has 50 States and one Constitution which you yourself thinks it’s a big joke full of “negative rights.”

Second, you people can’t even control the deficit, can’t pass a budget, can’t even give us a one-year waver from Obamacare.

Third, there isn’t that much gun violence in our schools, and when incidents occur, it’s because they’re gun-free zones.

Fourth, STOP USING OUR CHILDREN AS PROPS. You want to give a speech? Let those kids sit down while they’re bored out of their minds. You’re not Hitler, you’re not Stalin, it’s unacceptable that these kids should suffer while you talk garbage.

Fifth, ammo is expensive enough, so STFU about gun control.

Raleigh, NC sued of Anti-Gun Signs.

Every city has gun banners, so when you see a sign telling you that guns aren’t welcomed or allowed, you have to wonder if they’re telling the truth.

RALEIGH, N.C. A gun rights group is threatening to sue the city of Raleigh for not updating signs in city parks telling visitors that firearms aren’t allowed.

The News & Observer of Raleigh reports (http://bit.ly/Hkaju1) Grass Roots North Carolina sent a letter to the Raleigh City Council this week, requesting an update. Legislation passed in 2011 allows concealed-carry permit holders to bring guns to playgrounds, greenways and college campuses.

The letter to Raleigh from Grass Roots, dated Sunday, demands a response within five business days or the group will begin pursuing legal action. Grass Roots North Carolina president Paul Valone said he has yet to receive any reply.

In an email, Raleigh parks director Diane Sauer told the group it would be too expensive to replace all signs in the city’s 100-plus parks, especially since the rules could change again.

“Due to costs associated with and the potential of this coming up again, we are not going to replace all signs at once,” Sauer wrote to a Grass Roots member. “As signs are replaced (age or damage) or new signs are added, we will include updated information.”

Valone says he doesn’t buy that argument.

“I find that disingenuous,” he said. “It’s not too expensive – you don’t have to replace them or anything, just take them down.”

City Attorney Tom McCormick said he’s not familiar with the sign complaint, but he says the city won’t enforce any gun rules that were struck down by the state legislature.

John Odom, the lone Republican on the Raleigh City Council, said he’s supportive of gun rights but thinks state legislators should let the city set its own park rules.

“I don’t know whether or not changing the signs right away is of the utmost importance to me,” he said.

With views like that, no wonder Odom is a “lone Republican”, or should I say RINOdom?  Why can’t a decorated Vietnam veteran understand that some of us take our constitutional rights seriously? Of course changing those signs is of the utmost importance, we don’t want people left defenseless because they left their guns in the car when they visited a city park.
If it’s a question about money, ask for volunteers and donations. Either way, I’m glad to see gun owners taking action.

My New Beretta Nano.

Bought it yesterday, took it to the range today. I have to admit the Beretta Nano 9MM is a fun little gun. The gun comes with two magazines, one 6-round and another one 8-round, and only twice did I have rounds stuck in the chamber (keep in mind I fired 92 rounds in total), which was an easy fix.

So why did I bought it? Because it’s perfect for concealed carry, you could put it in your cargo shorts front pocket by the leg and nobody can tell you’re packing. It doesn’t create a big bulge, it’s comfortable whether you’re carrying under your pants or over them, and it’s fun to shoot as well, the trigger wasn’t too light but it’s not hard either.

One thing though, this gun has no safety, even if you remove the magazine make sure there’s no round in the chamber. Of course, that’s not an issue for me because I always treat my guns like they’re loaded.

It’s nice to say guns, isn’t it? I used to own one, now I have two. I’m happy to be building up my arsenal, LOL. The saleslady at Academy Sports was super friendly, and knew her guns. My price? $420 which became $320 after I returned a $100 tracer with a dead battery. Because I left the receipt at home, they allowed me to use that as store credit.

Now I know some of you might be wondering why I’m supporting a big business like Academy Sport and not a small gun dealer. Here’s why, small gun dealers charge too much, they’re great for strange weapons that the big stores don’t always carry, but I like buying my guns new and for a low price.
