Hey Square, even though I don’t sell the things you hate, I will NEVER, ever use you as my payment processor. When you mess with guns, you mess with gun owners, and unlike Disney and Universal Studios, you’re not the only game in town.

Attention payment processors, if you’re pro-gun, comment on the article and include a link. Maybe I’ll do a story about you.

  1. I can’t believe what just happened. After using Square for processing our payment transactions for more than a year at our shooting range, Square blindsided us by shutting down our payment service. They cited their terms and conditions, which I re-read in greater detail. Say what? Sell no ammo? You’re kidding? The name of our business is “Distinguished Pistol Outdoor Shooting Range.” Shame on them! I’m finished doing business with Square … anywhere!
